My First Job Interview Experience|A Life-Long Will be a Memorable One.
Though I sound out very positively about my first interview experience. I’m still going through the recruitment process. (I’m excited about the final interview)

I got a WhatsApp notification from a Group about this job.
The moment I’ve read about this requirement and I felt that this Job is for me.
So, went on and took a piece of advice from my Guru’s😉. It was a positive response from all of them. Then, I’ve mailed my resume to the company.

I might sound so stupid! But, here is the fact.
Almost 2 years ago, In my second year of engineering, I began actively thinking about my career. I got to know about this company through the campaign at my college.
Sun, Jul 29 2018. I Joined the first internship at this company. This is the place I’ve been looking for. The things I learned in during my internship.

and many more. It was all the support from my superior. He is Mr Puranam Pradeep Picasso the founder of this company. He gave me great guidance from developing my skills in choosing my career which enhances my creativity and knowledge. Then, I became a lifetime member of this company and got many benefits and worked as an intern, earned too.
About the recruitment process
- Along with the recruitment message, there is a list of courses to be prepared.
- The advantage is that they’ve said earlier and given a lot of time for preparing. After preparing for everything I was waiting to forward my resume.
Day-1: Sat, Jul 25
I’ve forwarded my resume to the company and was waiting for their response.
Day-2: Sun, Jul 26
Hurray!! got a response nope. An email about the interview process there were the 3 stages.
In that email, They mentioned about the stage-1.
Stage-1 is a quite challenging task, this includes a lot of background research, time management skills, creativity and spontaneity. We need to finish the task within 48hrs. Anyhow, I’ve qualified the stage-1 and recruiters loved my work. Then, I’ve shortlisted for the stage-2.
I was waiting for the stage-2.
Sun, Aug 2 got a call from the recruiter about the stage-2. They told me that this would be a skype interview and gave me a list of the skills that they were looking for to be prepared.
That was a happy moment for me. eventually got details about the stage-2
Sat, Aug 8 was the time for stage-2.
P.s: This is my first job interview and that on skype!
So, the interviewer Mr Rajashekar was very friendly and he asked me about my certifications that I’ve mentioned in my resume. I’ve explained it to him.
all questions were asked!
Then, He gave me a task and asked me to finish the task within an hour.
He guided me through finishing the task. After finishing I’ve mailed my work. Waiting for the result.
Yesterday, got a message that I’ve shortlisted for the final round.
I’m so eager and excited to be a part of this company. Waiting for that to happen asap!
